One day my mom was doing quilling and I decided to make a pendant. Â I was thinking about what shape I should choose on the way to the office where my mom’s quilling supplies are stored. Â Then I made a decision, I wanted a heart. Â She showed me her supplies and I chose a silver heart pendant tray. Â I wanted a gold one, but she didn’t have any. I got out all of my quilling stuff and got ready to create!
Here is how I made it.
First I made all of the little quilling pieces.  I made different shapes and shaped them in different ways with tweezers and my fingers.  Then I put Diamond Glaze at the bottom of the whole pendant and put all of the little quilling pieces in to fill up the shape. I showed my mom and she said there were still some spaces, so I made a couple more skinny quilling pieces and stuffed them in. I let it dry.
After that was dry, my mom carefully layered the top with Diamond Glaze. Â I used tweezers and put on tiny different colored jewels onto each quilling piece.
After that was dry, we put another layer of Diamond Glaze on top to make sure the jewels don’t come off.
The next day it was all dry and I got to wear it for the very first time! I feel proud for making my heart pendant. Â I call it the Jewel Prison.

Svara this is beautiful! I love how you’ve so carefully chosen jewel colors that compliment the paper you used. Great job.
